Supporters Club Membership
 

As no doubt most have you will have seen by now through the official site that Membeships for the Supporters Club are now up & running via both the Stanley Store in person and by the memberships tab on the www.wearestanley.co.uk web site.

I am thrilled that this is something new in the way that memberships can be offered and a lot of thanks must go to the Club & Lew in particular for help in making it possible & to happen:alright:

As people sign up with the option to be kept up to date for future offers and promotions it also gives us as a Supporters Club a whole new platform to keep in touch with Supporters Club Members all over the Globe.

The Membership cards themselves are something quite special and are being kindley sponsored and supplied by Giftprint and indeed will be personalised with each members name on them.:)

The OSC Website which can be found at www.stanleysupporters.co.uk it has had a little facelift and hopefully as we go forward we will once again start to make more use of it.

There is also the Supporters Group Forum which can be found at http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/g...ters-club.html

We will hopefully have some very special news to announce over the next few weeks or so in connection with how us as fans can take part in a forthcoming event that involves a True "Stanley Legend and Icon".:theband:

Hi Lesley, I did mine on the 1st July and seem to have the same membership number as before.

Can I say it's nice of the guys at Giftprint to personalise the membership cards, looking forward to seeing mine. :)

On becoming a member I got an E-mail.
In order to get a limited edition membership card I need to send an E-mail with my address along with my ASFC supporter number.

Where do I get this number from?

It is the same as your membership number to WEARESTANLEY, if you have joined :) :) :)

All requests we have had for membership cards will be sent out this week. Excuse the delay, I have had to make a few alterations, the main one being the sponsors name wasn't on the original sample :D

Dave,, didn't 'click' that it was you doing the cards. If you get hold of the club, you could chuck the card in with the scarf I ordered who's postage is already paid for.

You wouldn't believe how true that is. I reckon so far the membership is about 90% non Accrington residents :)

So imagine if the Supporters club pushed it a bit and made it 30%/40% people around Accrington! That would be superb! If we can get the outsiders in then we should be able to get the ones that come the games!

We did manage to get the above in last weeks Accy Observer & online

I sincerely hope we can FC it is something that is hopefully cheap enough and is a Stanley Store Exclusive instore & online.

I would imagine once the season kicks off we will pick up more members through the Locality who maybe do not have access to the internet and who only go to the Ground on Matchdays.

One of the things we need to look at doing is some posters to be displayed around the ground and flyers for memberships that can be dropped in the booklet along with the receipts from the Shop,
I know it is something that Lew is keen to do.

It may even hold appeal for away fans visiting the Crown Ground:)

I am one of those on the Global scale (all the way over in Germany :)) but look to be over for the Wycombe game, bringing some friends from across the border (Yorkshire) & their 2 Boys for their first proper live footy game, it'll be good to see you all.
