Are Burnley and Stanley going to continue to have home games on different Saturdays. They are both at home the first game of the season.


We will lose money if that is the case.

It only happens for the first 2 games. Not sure you would lose that much if it happened every game to be honest.

It happens for the first two games of the season and for two in April next year.

Why would the club lose money just because Burnley are at home? Last season the club had a core support around the 1200 mark and got decent gates. Not all Burnley fans support Accrington, granted a few do, but on the other hand so do a few Blackburn Rovers fans, plus last season, we had Grimsby, Bury and a few other clubs coming on to support us in our hour of need. Lets not worry about other clubs, lets worry about our own. Support the team and management and the funds will flow in to the club to keep our heads above the parapet so to speak.

:) Well said OO:) Facts are that the club needs cash,through the turnstils and a crowd over my guesstimate of 816 season tickets are the life blood for the club to tick over,so if we get off to a fantastic start the cash will flow so to speak,not just gate money but money spent in the stanleystore proggrams,pies beer out of the clubhouse and drink outlets controled by stanley:)
