Newcastle gate

If I was customer 1991 and I got 4 tickets between me and my brother.

Does that mean it's already almost a sell-out?

Probably more, because that figure you would think doesn't include the Newcastle allocation. I was customer 75, just behind Cashy.

Sorry to disappoint you but the customer number is your personal customer number. That number will appear every time you buy.

I went with my brother in law to buy tickets and his number was 348 greater than mine!

Guy in the ticket office told me they'd already sold more than for the Fulham match last season.

4500 is the offical figuer given out at the time the safty certificate was issued, not totaly sure if that gate will be acheived with it been anight match and with it been N/UTD.I Hope the final sales figure doesn't come out other wise no point in doing guess the gate for this match:(

Ain't there some kind of rule which says you can't sell tickets on the day of a match

:)Don't no if its a FA rule or not !!But i think its more likely a recomendation by the police so that their isn't a build up of ticketless fans hoping to by one on the day/night on spec! which would creat problems for the club and police.:)

Re: Newcastle gate

I would guess that from this weekend tickets will b available via the internet, in which case i would expect afew newcastle fans to snap them up. I expect to see Geordie fans scattered all over the ground. I don't think they'llcause any hassle though.

Think you could well be right mab, the police have the last say on what happens on football match days be it Wembley Stadium or the Crown
