Just like to say, what a superb advert in stewarding and policing today.

No hassle, very professional in everything they did.

Wish some clubs would take a leaf out of there book!!!

good to hear it perhaps we could set up our own stewards league, i'd go for top Donny bottom in a steward-off crewe cheltenham leeds and unfortunately at times stanley

certain clubs do have good stewards n they should be applauded as much as the crap uns are given stick.

I agree. Not just in the ground but outside in the car park as well, directing me straight to a vacant spot.

The only incident that I saw, if you can call it that, was when someone walking in with a beer bottle got an arm round his shoulder and a whisper that it might be best if he finished it outside.

Exemplary.

everything was well organised, from the directing around the ground, to the shielding after the game, to the steward who got on our coach to direct us out to the police escort away.... (well until they drove off after half a mile that is ).

They should be applauded. Well organised club and good ground.

a police escorft away from the ground? how on earth are the local chavs supposed to attack away fans?
