Who is Stanley's Vice Captain this season?

I Know it was Milesy last season but don't recall seeing who had been handed the honour this season?

Just wondered if any of you may know?:)

I have asked this question time and again and have not had an answer, but in Proccys absence in the J.P.T. it was Phil who had the armband, so I would guess it is him!!! He is a likely candidate I would have thought, but if I had a choice of Captain and VC, I would go for Hessey and Putterill (until last week!!)????

Proc is too nice and when we need somebody to dish out the rollockings, he is not the man!! Hessey is new and does not have to worry about upsetting people!
