Virtual Scouting ?...at Port Vale !

From Yahoo Sports......

"
Macclesfield manager Gary Simpson accused Vale of resorting to "hoof-ball" after his side were thumped 3-0 at home by Vale at the weekend.
Horsfield believes Simpson's comments were sour grapes after his side's crushing defeat at Moss Lane.
"We won the battle in the first 20 minutes when we bullied them and then we started to play football and won convincingly," he told The Sentinel.
"Where he's got hoof-ball from, I don't know. He wants to go and have a look at the match DVD. We're a footballing side but sometimes we'll play more direct because you've got to mix it up."

Is this what John Coleman and our great Team can expect from Port Vale on Saturday....if so, then let them do their worst, which I feel will not be enough to overcome the Reds !.
( But I suspect that JC and JB would know all about Vale's tactical plans already!)...
Up and at 'em ...let 'pure Football' preVale !..

it was a great day out at macc, the past few seasons they have bullied us off the park, we did not let them do that this time

as with any league 2 team we do play the ball long at times, but also mix it with some good passing

I noticed it was Micky Adams himself who was watching Friday night. I would think he has had a few sleepless nights wondering about his tactics this week :)

im sure he saw enough to give concerns, he would be a fool and a bad manager if he did not give accy the respect they are due

going to be a tough game, with I suspect one goal separating the teams
