The Football League have introduced new regulations which are intended to disclose publicly who the beneficial owners of all the clubs in the Football League are and, for this purpose, Bury Football Club can confirm that the following own a significant interest (i.e. 10% or more) in the Club: Save Our Shakers Trust - 63.8% Bury FC Supporters Association (Forever Bury) - 11% Updated: Fri, 17 Sept 2010 Did our club get a bye in this? Or have I missed the grand public disclosure? If anyone saw our release, pray, tell. |

The current appointed directors as at 20th August 2010 are: Ilyas Khan appointed 07/11/2009 David O’Neill appointed 02/12/2009 Peter Marsden appointed 21/05/2009 Accrington Stanley Football Club is a private limited company, the significant shareholders are listed below: 51% - Eric Whalley/ David O’Neill (transfer awaits completion) 14% - The Styring Family 12% - Accrington Stanley Supporters Fund 10% - Peter Marsden The remaining percentage which is around 14% is shared in various amounts by several other shareholders. |
