Football League Club Ownership

From Bury FC's website:

The Football League have introduced new regulations which are intended to disclose publicly who the beneficial owners of all the clubs in the Football League are and, for this purpose, Bury Football Club can confirm that the following own a significant interest (i.e. 10% or more) in the Club:
Save Our Shakers Trust - 63.8%
Bury FC Supporters Association (Forever Bury) - 11%

Updated: Fri, 17 Sept 2010

Did our club get a bye in this? Or have I missed the grand public disclosure?

If anyone saw our release, pray, tell.

So it's just about shareholding then. No reflection on who actually owns the club.

Still as clear as mud.
