The loan signing of midfielder Mark Wright has converted into a ‘full’ transfer in the current window, and the Shrews have also added James Collins from Villa, who had been on loan at Barnet, where he’d notched 5 goals.

They may well need his input, because their results since the scheduled game at Fortress Crown was postponed on 4th December haven’t been good; P4 W0 D2 L2 – a 1-1 draw at home to Cheltenham and 1-0 and 3-1 home defeats by Crewe and Morecambe respectively, and a goalless draw away to Burton; two goals scored, 5 conceded, and 2 points from a possible 12 – I think we may be the form team one more time …………….. :D

Make that 3 points from 15 after today's 1-1 draw at Barnet :o. Doesn't sound to have been a thriller either, even though Barnet only equalised in the 90th minute - Shrewsbury, from the stats, had one shot on goal, 4 off target, and 5 corners, and even their goal was an og

I still think we're the form team here ........... ;) 10 points from 12 plays 3 points from 15.

Although Cashman (still on holiday, would you believe?) predicted a 1-0 win for Stanley when the game first went up, he's left a changed prediction which is
