Just been on Radio Lancashire that the lads still have not been paid for March. backed up by Coley. I really hope we can put these dark days behind us.

Have you read the article Doug? The wage delay is an inherited problem (along with many others I would expect), it's is only just a week since the takeover was agreed - Ilyas has promised it will be sorted as soon as possible & thats good enough for me

Not sure the players will see it as "good enough for me". It's their livelihood and many will have mortgages, direct debits etc to pay. Non payment of wages is as poor as it gets and these players don't deserve to be treat in such a shoddy manner.

No, they don't, you're right. However Ilyas has paid their wages at least once before when those in charge failed so I suspect the players will be understanding and be happy in the knowledge that they will be paid soon.
