I agree with all the above, but how de-motivating it must have been for him, after his ban, to come off the bench in the late stages of many matches (away at Morecambe sticks in the memory), and really look the part, only to find himself benched for the next game?

works both ways tho redraine.I remember him coming on against barnet away last year,giving posession away cheaply and not bothering to chase back or track the runners,despite having fresh legs.
Its a team game even when your disappointed at not starting.
