Rory Pendergast (PLEASE READ)
 

On behalf of Hereford United i wish to apoligse to Rory for the behaviour of one fan today. Rory has a reputation for winding our fans up. however today one of our fans went to far and spat at him. This is a disgusting act which the club and supporters do not condone. I once again apoligise and wish him a speedy recovery from his inpening operation

Excellent post. We believe Rory mainly `winds up` the opposition by being such a good player and spitting is a disgusting no-no. May I say, I thoroughly enjoyed the match and Hereford are a fine team and contributed hugely to the best game I've seen this season at the IES. Both teams should at least be in the play-offs.

Was it the same "fan" that had a real go at one of the stewards for "smiling" at him....

Jesus, my 8 year old was right next to him & we get "what are you f-ing looking at" over & over again....

Funny to watch but very very sad for both the "fan" & the steward trying to do his job.

Thanks for coming though & atmosphere was great last year at Hereford, so you are mostly good!

good call im glad somebody can come and stand up and defend his club, we realise these people arent fans and dont take kindly to people who come to footy with that kind of attitude, they are nothing more than scum.
