Bad news about Anthony Gerrard being stretchered off last night (should have stayed with us) - just hope he'll be OK.

just been on everton's website and they seem to think it might not be as bad as first thought. they seem to think that he may have banged a nerve on the outside of his knee which caused him to lose the feeling in his ankle and foot. he was due for a MRI scan yesterday but the machine was broken!!! if he continues to improve the way he has done in the last 2 days they seem to think he'll be back in around a fortnight, however if it doesn't and the MRI scan shows anything different he could be out for a month or so.

Still, not as bad as first thought.

Yeah i hope its good news about his injury as he seemed to be a class act when he was at stanley and i would love to see him back as well as kempson i thought he was very good too
