I am currently in the process of researching for my website which aims to be a complete history of Hereford United FC - Home (if your interested) - and i was wondering if anyone with long memories can help me fill in some gaps that i have concerning 1 game between Accrington and Hereford from 1932

I am looking for the attendance and team line ups for the game played on the 26th November 1932 – any help you can give me will be gratefully received.

It was at Peel Park and we beat you 2-1! But I suppose you knew that already. :)

Seriously, is this in the book that was published about the old Stanley up to 1962? Or can anyone access the Accy observer from just after 26 Nov 1932? Or is there owt in t'Hereford Times from then?

scorers for Accrington were Maycock and Price
Accrington team was; Allen, Armstrong, Price, Dodds, Viner, McCulloch, Eddleston, Walton, Maycock, Johnson, Wright
Stanley Manager was Amos Wade
