Peter is a jolly good chap and has always made efforts to get to know people on and off the field. I am positive that the club is in the safest pair of hands it could possibly be in and I too am excited at where this club is headed.

By that I don't mean success on the field, although that would be nice as well, but success in its own community. Peter will do his utmost to continue to fullfill the legacy that Ilyas dreams of; one of a football club that sits proudly as the head of the community it serves.

Fresh investment in the Club is always welcome news

As will be the widening of the board and directorships, I am sure with the right mix the Club can build on the very strong foundations tha Ilyas has implemented and take it on to the next level.

Still lots to come both on and off the field and at a time when things have finished on the field it gives people time to bed in and bring fresh impetus over the Summer months so the Club hit the ground running come kick off time in August.

The Supporters Club is there also to help you only need ask.

I too applaud the new investment and can't wait to find out who they are and why they have been invited to join the board. Once upon a time we used to appoint directors just because they had a few quid, but I can't help but think this time out it will be as much for what they can bring to the club in expertise and guidance as to how deep their pockets are.

It was only shareholders this year, not open to the general public.

The 'much lauded fan director' is already in situ in the form of David Lloyd. It was explained at the meeting that he applied to be a director under the 'fan director' recruiting process.

And yes shareholders only for this AGM, I got my invite via e-mail and I think by post too.

glad to see that shareholders are getting the information now and being invited along as promised.

As for Bumble I remember it being announced that he was joining the Board but it wasn't mentioned that he was the 'Fan Director'. Cool.

It was mentioned at the meeting,but Ilyas had to apologies for a lack of communication to those who had applied,that the club didn't get back to them.
