I believe the list will be published when all those who are going to be on it have finalised their payments.

Good move in light of the shenanigans with the Robbie Coltrane International Fruit and Drink Marketing Board Stadium fiasco (or whatever it was called).

I'm sure we can all wait a few more days or even weeks.
