Is this part of Cooky's policy of having players who can play in several positions :D

Bavs to take pens ? - tempting idea, until I had the image of his effort remaining in-play and him legging it back in futile effort to thwart a quick break by the opposition !:)

Went last night Cashy, and to be fair they were a poor team.
The long grass hid a bumpy playing surface,so through balls were holding up and creating a false game.
Liddle at left back could be this seasons hidden gem, although Acci played very direct (obviously under instructions) to a very tall trialist striker.
Young Carver did work hard when he came on,although he has to work on curving his runs,as defenders deal easily with up and down movement.
Positives from the run out -
Hatfields movement was different class and was at times too clever for his team mates.
The lad from Preston(dont know his name)looked solid in CM in the second half and had something about him
Nice to see Charlie getting a run
All the trialists did ok, but its hard to call wheither they could make the step up to league 2 footy.
Saturdays game should be a better indication, but a slight worry is a lack of pace, although its pre-season.
