Back to Mr Gray, another good interview. What strikes me about the interviews with the new signings is that pretty much all of them sound switched on. Too many footballers talk in such a manner that its no wonder they became sportsmen as you wouldn't imagine they could do much else, but this crop of lads sound reasonably intelligent.

Hopefully come the harvest time we'll have produced a fine crop of talent

signed for Reading on 12 January 2012 has'nt yet played for first team ,could be cashy a initial 1 month leading up to 6month deal. I'm sure we'l find out latter:)
