Phil Hackney
I heard that Phil Hackney left Stanley yesterday. Sad news if true.:(:(:(

Re: Phil Hackney
If true, perhaps he's brassed off with Carver and Hopper being sent out on loan, rather than being given their chance in L2?

Re: Phil Hackney
Have any of the conspiracy theorists considered the obvious explanation?
He might have been offered a better job. |
Re: Phil Hackney
Phil Hackney has done a wonderful job, and regardless of his decision to move on, I think that we should appreciate his important contribution during his time at the club.

Re: Phil Hackney
Well respected and knowledgeable coach in youth football.
Was a fa assessor when you took your coaching badges, would have loved him to have had a crack at the first team coaching, but it wasn't to be for whatever reason. Wouldn't be surprised if he popped up at a prem academy somewhere ,or even at the fa. |
Re: Phil Hackney
Or Dale

Re: Phil Hackney
Nothing on the Fishy site?
Sad if true, I think Phil has done amazing job over the last few years and brought some real talent through the academy which has bore fruit for the first team and as I have saiid previously always more exciting for me to watch home grown talent come through the ranks and develop but that's the coaching side of me. |

Re: Phil Hackney
Great night at the Crown great team performance, couple of stand outs Ian Dunbavin super and a mom performance some incredible saves, link up play with Karl & Podge was great and will only get better. Vale may consider themselves unlucky and had some good chances but resolute defending and keeping kept the door shut and the team ethos of hunger, desire and working for each other is there for all to see with Stanley.
I like it:) |
Re: Phil Hackney
Are we sure Mr Hackney is still at the club?
Was he at the youth team game? |
Re: Phil Hackney
