Dagenham View
Just thought I'd post my Blog on the game here for you all to read for an alternative view of the game/ a quicker one! Well done to your 56 that travelled down and I wish you the best of luck for the rest of the season. Bar the FA Cup hopefully I can make it up to your place once more for the return fixture in January!

Re: Dagenham View
I've read your previous blogs after our games Nick and I've got to say they are always pleasant and informative without being boring. It's always good to get a balanced view of proceedings whether at the match or not, and yours have never been biased like some are. Having said that though your piece, and summat I read elsewhere suggested that Daggers were dominant, but the article reads different - as did the text commentary.
And yes, Lindfield was a striker, decent play, bags of passion and heart, little end product. He took the chance to play at right back last season when we were bare boned and he took it well, decent defending and good offensive work. So he has gone from a low scoring striker to being a prolific right back! |
Re: Dagenham View
Probably one of the most accurate match reports I have ever read !!!

Re: Dagenham View
Good summary, Nick.
Stanley just about deserved the point for the late change of tactics, courtesy of The Chef, and battling back from your deserved goal. Dagenham are an honest team and have a good ground for visiting fans, better luck against all the rest. |
