as much as I HATE the fact that our stadium is now fully adorned with yeller and blue stuff everywhere (clashes like buggery with red and white) I take my hat off to them that they appear to be making a huge effort on the publicity side of things.

I appreciate that they are getting their pound of flesh from us with regards to the money invested but for everything they do to push their product forward they are also advertising us and making various 'experiences' better

Dave hit the nail on the head, a lot of things being going on behind the scenes that we as fans don't normally get to see and this is just another way that Murray brought things to the fore with communication to the wider audience.

regarding the Stanley Pals booklet, good idea, well presented etc etc loads of mileage in it but it reads like it's just an advertising leaflet for how you can purchase sponsorship of this and that. I hope that it's purely because it's a first edition and giving a wider insight to the club. Beyond that first edition I'd love for it to become a regular feature full of club news, interviews, previews etc. Dropping straight into the mailbox of everyone on the database every 4-6 weeks its a banging way of getting the message out.

As Football 19 said the other week, all Stanley need to do now is make sure their home performances change it from Store First to Score First.
