just got home from the game unfortunatley those stats seem to be a bit generous to stanley,we didnt realy look as though we were going to score

Just back from the barber shop having treated myself to a 'Rocky' (gets better with every game) Williams style haircut. Don't buy newspapers myself but while waiting for the chair picked up one of the 'muppet' ones to read that apparently we got hammered !

OK, just maybe I view things thru' Stanley coloured specs - but I would hesitate to say the game justified as many as 2 - 0 ( the freak 3rd completely distorted events as I'm sure most Barnet people would agree ). We had a chance or two on target, the rest didn't trouble their keeper (repetitive I might be - but shots off target only take pressure off the oppo).Barnet are obviously a class conf outfit and I don't think our lads have anything to be downhearted about in losing at their place - They didn't play at all badly and I didn't accept the possibility of defeat until the last 5 minutes. Interesting that Paul Crichton wore a jersey with JK's name on it - had he retired d'ya reckon before Coley got his signature ?
