An amazing, battling performance from the Stanley Boys. I was knocked out by the spirit and style of these lads who triumphed in the true never say die Stanley spirit. At the end of normal time I thought we would struggle to contain a much bigger, athletic side and where we dragged up our reserves of energy from I'll never know. An incredible, heart warming display!

Superb display by the young reds tonight who battled against a bigger well drilled West Ham and some abysmal decisions by the officials who contrived to give the Londoners every marginal decision in the latter stages. Some strong performances and great team spirit from the Stanley lads. Well played

It was worth the admission fee just to witness the brilliant, acrobatic goal by our JP Kissock look-alike. Hopefully, there will be a video posted somewhere for all to enjoy. Eat your heart out, Wayne Rooney!
