Portsmouth in a panic

Richie Barker been sacked after only 15 weeks in charge!! - They should never have got rid of Guy Whittingham imo, they're in a much worse position now

I would rather have Stanley's small attendance than Pompey's debts they are still having to find about £110000 a month to pay ex players contract settlements its no wonder the are in dire straits

They fully deserve to go into the conference having been in admin on occasions,
clubs like portsmouth if this happened in france or germany they would have been dropped down a couple of leagues for their punishment.

Totally agree, how many small businesses/individuals have they done over. They deserve all that they get.

I disagree with Accymad

Guy Whittingham did an awful job
Richy Barker was just as bad

they have chosen 2 dud managers.

And with his saints history, there is no chance of Beattie ending up there.

It's always the fans that suffer and are the ones left behind when everything folds around their heads due to others mishandling.

Fair Credit to the Pompey Trust for breathing life back into the Club

It's not a scam, he's a "Scummer" - i.e. someone with a connection to Southampton. Goes back to WW2 - Pompey dockyard workers went on strike, Southampton workers filled in. Ever since, Southampton have been Scummers and Pompey have been Skates. Pompey v Southampton is every bit as vicious as Blackburn v Burnley - luckily for peace in the streets down here it's not likely to happen for a few years now, unless we (non-partisan Pompey residents) are unlucky with a cup draw.

Chimer, this being a family forum, I'm glad you spared us the reason why Pompeyites are called Skates.;)
