With Wycombe playing Bristol rovers next week, a win for Fleetwood (v Wycombe) will as good as see us safe.
Unless we get a 3 points deduction for having corner flags 2 square inches too small, or similar.

If Wycombe lose and they play bristol next week,doesn't that mean one of them will finish below us,together with torquay as our goal difference is superior.

Looks like we're safe Gentleman. With Wycombe playing Bristol next week. The loser of that match can't catch us. Worse case scenario is it is a draw and both teams can catch us on points. But are 7 goals and 6 goals behind us respectively on goal difference at the moment.

They lost i see it that way as well.:) I have seen us as safe fer a few weeks now, still do, no matter what anyone says, always thought Maths was a load of balls. lol

If either Wycombe or Brizzle R win, we are safe, because the losing side could then only get 50 points.

If they draw, each wins their last game and we lose both ours, we COULD still go down if they win/we lose twice by enough to overturn the goal difference - currently ours is 6 better than Wycombe and 7 better than Brizzle

Well, following Div3N's example of slavish attention to statistics, a win and a draw with a 16 goal swing on goal difference and them scoring 14 to get ahead on goals scored.....

Bottom line, if Northampton or Wycombe or Brizzle lose on Saturday we're safe ..

But if we lose 1-0 twice, and the Cobblers draw one 0-0 and win the other 14-0 we're not .............Depending on what happens to Wycombe/Brizzle R - who would need to draw 0-0, and then win their last games 7-0 and 6-0, while both Exeter and Morecambe win one out of two as well ......

I'd get better odds on Cashy as the next Manager of Man U :p

And on a similar theme, if Chester beat Salisbury and Hereford win 15-0 away at Aldershot, the Aldershot get relegated (GD) rather than Chester or Hereford ........:D
