Supporters Club AGM
 

The Supporters Club AGM will take place in the Founders Lounge at the Club on Monday 12th May at 7.15pm.

As always all positions are up for election and voting on the Night

I have decided to step down as Chair, along with Anne who is Vice Chair, Rod who is Secretary and Karen who was Membership Secretary and has recently moved up to Aberdeen so none of us will be seeking re-election.

Bill I would imagine will stand as Treasurer.

So if you are a member or a non member and you fancy helping shape the Supporters Club or taking it in a new direction feel free to come along.

Finally thank you to everyone who has supported and helped the Supporters Club over recent years it is very much appreciated.:)

Can you still join the OSC on the night of the AGM? Or has membership closed for this "season"?

Due to the on-going electrical work we may have to change the venue to the Sportsbar; don't want people to be voting "in the dark" :eek:

Mark membership for the New Season is is usually sorted out after the AGM.

Hopefully if people come forward to apply for the positions a New Committee can be formed and look at memberships for 2014/15 along with other things.:)

An update following on from the AGM Tonight Bill has offered himself as Treasurer, there were No Nominations or Anyone wanting to Stand as either Chair or Secetary,

A Big Thank you to Dave (Lancs Dave) who has stepped in as Interim Chair to help hopefully oversee a few Fans coming forward to offer themselves for the Vacant Positions and as such a meeting is pencilled in for Monday 14th July to see if anyone wants to become involved and help save the Supporters Club.

It would be a shame to lose something like the OSC but that's up to you the Fans to decide if you want to help make it continue.

On a personal note once again Thanks to those who Supported the Supporters Club and I sincerely hope it will continue.
