The Introduction of "B" Teams

FA looking at the possible introduction of "B" Teams for PL & Championship Clubs

BBC Sport - Greg Dyke: Football Association to look at introduction of B teams

Possible Regionalised Leagues would it be good or bad for Stanley?

Re: The Introduction of "B" Teams

There are 44 PL and Championships Clubs. If these were allowed to enter a B team and they "merge the B teams with League Two and the Conference to form two regional leagues", I fear that we may quickly fall into a "Conference League North" in which promotion is very difficult to achieve (there would be two promotion places at most).

The PL clubs will provide the revenues to support strong B teams even though they will have no fans and there will be no more loans from PL or Championship clubs to the lower leagues.

Unless there are to be seven leagues in the new PL / Football League, I fear that we would lose our League status due to the greed of those at the top of the game.

This is the man who came up with this latest idiotic idea. I presume it's designed to keep TV companies in business, not League 1 and 2 clubs.

Don't like the sound of these proposals so let's hope common sense rules, not the greed of the premier league

FA greed. They really need taking down a few pegs and getting football back to the people.
