Re: barry ferguson

I think he would be a great signing, but there's zero chance with his salary demands as a bet!

Re: barry ferguson

No thanks. Watched him in a few games for Blackpool and looked off the pace and past his best. Plus given the fact he'd want a decent whack wages wise and it becomes a no brainer !!!:o

Better looking at decent young prospects with sell on value.

No chance we don't need a potential bad egg in the dressing room with our young lads as we have had before with older (dead) heads

Would rather have Barry Chuckle.

Ferguson is an ego we don't need at Stanley.

If (and it's a big if) we need an 'experienced' player, I think I'd rather have Cureton, just released from Cheltenham, who still seems to know where the net is.
However, I'm happy to leave all this stuff to Mr.Beattie and his staff.

He would be ok for us on a short term deal, but that's it.

I've heard some rather disappointing news ....... It seems our budget for next season is to be reduced....... Mr T needs a lot of assistance in any sort of fund raising. So over paid has beens are definitely off the menu!

The fact it was increased this season based on desired gate receipts and not on any actual evidence tells me this is good news.

Interesting where have you heard this as I was led to believe James and Peter Marsden yet to meet in London to discuss budgets.
