Yep spent all day chasing them away!!

Over the summer the police have served several RJ's on local youths to stay away from the stadium

Not actually within the range of punishments available to a Youth Court :) .........and certainly outside the Sentencing Guidelines!

Don't blame the Courts for the penalties they impose; their hands are tied in so many ways ....They do (in most, but not all) cases have some discretion, but it's heavily fettered

They should be made to clean all the players boots including youth team's & when they've done that, make 'em start again & again & again ................ that's after the public flogging of course!
