Punishment For Failure To Keep The Faith

Most people did keep the faith (25 out of 36) with only 2 thinking the unthinkable (I think Football19 thinks too much , and Yerself is a natural-born pessimist , but what do I know). But the 9 who sat on the fence this time included Teach and NigeB from among our leaders, resulting in them dropping back to leave Tommy McQueen 3 points clear at the top :) and Ange B up into 2nd, ahead of Nige on countback :D.

5 of the 25 got maximums, namely AccyTom101 and OssyKid by default, and Dav007, LongLostSon and me :p by carefully considered entry. That means Top 10 for Tom (6), LongLost (7) and OK (10), but only slightly less mediocre mid-table mediocrity for me and Dav.

So it's roll on the Daggers - surely for once we can smack somebody below us in the table at home . If we do, we will be on our best-ever points score after 12 games, and closing in our best winning streak (7 from 8 in 09/10). So that's jinxed that then .

On Stanley On!!

OK then; how can Tommy McQueen be First with 26 points from 9 entries, and equal First with himself with 29 from 10? And how is 26 points "more first" than 29? And do we need a Stewards' Enquiry?

:D:D:D

Obviously, because I forgot to delete the top line from last week's table after copying in this week's - much less of a cock-up than two weeks when I got the date wrong, or something equally stupid .......

Or I could say, just checking somebody's reading the drivel :D:D:D

You need to sort your 'puter software out, matey, it's beyond my control . You're 24th with 16 points, behind me and Revived Red (22=) on countback with Wynonie a point ahead of us equal with many others (16=).

For those who can read Word attachments, a corrected table with only one Tommy at the top is attached ....
