Well deserved replay, Stanley bossed the first 45 mins, County had better of second half, but we came again after the subs appeared, shame i thought they weren't made earlier, we may well have won this un. Must mention Liddle who i thought was awesome after so long out, Hunty will be fortunate to get his place back next sat, imho. Aldred was another who shone, Thought McArten @ Windass did very well first 45, then faded a bit.:) Gray was one who had a very poor match i thought.Forgot to mention Kal, wasn't on long but did ok, welcome back.

Agree with Cashy's summary. Thought whole team gave their all today. New keeper was excellent, Liddle played like he'd never been away, and fitted well into the back line, which again were strong. Joyce and Dr.Proctor put themselves about and young McCartan was a real danger, especially in the first half. Again, considering how little he's featured lately, I thought Windass also did well. Gray did his best against some very close marking and didn't have many chances. No-one played badly but Moly was perhaps slightly off his best and little came from four free kicks that he took. But a real battling performance that belied the difference in the two teams league positions. Well done to the whole squad and management.
One puzzle was the absence of Piero Mingoia, named on the bench but nowhere to be seen today ?

Thing is to me, the fact we held our own well against a Div1 side, who at this time are in a play off position, shows me we could hold our own in Div1 if we got there.:)
