It can only be moved on safety grounds and Ewood Park would seem more likely.

£35 a ticket I would guess.

Stanley get 50% as a PL team gets 40% when they play lower league opposition now.

See rule 9 for changing of venue, I think it says it would need to be in Lancashire and a good reason is needed. I think a good one could be found considering the ground's capability (as opposed to capacity) and previous FA Cup trouble at Everton around 2005 for example.
