8 :eek: people spot-on this week forecasting the 1-1 draw and taking 5 points, so kudos to Accytom18, Bdc, Kiwi John, LongLostSon, NigeB, Norwich Stanley, Red-Osbornello and Teach, with 3 point near misses for Monkey Hanger and Ossy Kid. 32 other players thought we would win :rolleyes:, and only Stevie R and Yerself backed the opposition :(. 22 of these 34 losers got a bonus point for one goal or the other. 2-1 Stanley was the most popular suggestion.

These results mean Norwich Stanley, with 3 wins out of 5 :), leads on his own with 19 points, 3 clear of LongLostSon on 16, with Outback Ozzy falling back to 3rd, a further point behind. Bdc and Red-Osbornello made the biggest gains, moving up to 4th and 5th on 14, with Bdc taking 4th on countback, 2 spot-ons to Red-O’s 1.

No changes to our players this week, with the same 44 entries from the 47 on the books.

So it’s roll on Pompey (we only do league games in this competition) and my first sight of the boys this season :D. Only 15000 or so Pompey fans to out-sing, and a snake ;) in the home dugout – On Stanley On!!
