not sure if its against the rules to use local refs. to call off games but it could be a situation where you have to be the same level referee to call off a game. I used to chack the pitch at silsden north west counties but cannot do it anymore as they need a referee level 4 or above and I,m level 5. a load of bull I know but that's football now. |
