we,d probably be ok. went to Doncaster v shrewsbury recently and both sides were pretty poor. been to Bradford earlier in the season which was better but we,re not a million miles off them. can see a lot of players out of work in the summer due to the loan system being scrapped. trust coley will unearth more diamonds like crooks and windass.

We would have many more local fixtures - at least 4 from these teams, probably more - Wigan, port vale, Rochdale, bury, fleetwood, Blackpool, Oldham, crewe.

Plus a load of yorkshire trips to look forward to, and a few teams in the midlands. Better away attendance, better home attendance with local teams visiting.

From this current side we know we have to replace Windass and Crooks, probably Mingoia too. The work ethic is there and the method of play but we will need to find some flair or we WILL be just one of those sides that battles away valiantly. If we can keep Piero then we'll have a chance.

Burton more or less kept the same squad and are top of the league!,and we beat them at home during their promotion season ( thought they were no better than us!)

WHEN, it will be the most unprecedented achievement since Leicester won the Premier League.

We will be going up, it just will happen. What that leads to is unknown, but it will be one hell of a ride............

A league promotion has never happened in our history, though second in the Third North woulda been these days Joe.;) If we gain it i dont mind croaking,:D;) Me dad woulda been gobsmacked if hed lived to see us back in the league, and this would blow his mind.;)
