Shame we couldn't have played the Shrimps tonight - in honour of THAT game :) Will still be a cracking atmosphere tomorrow though I'm sure - can't wait!

I often walk past Eric's grave in Harwood cemy and think about his tears that great day. What an achievement it was!

It was indeed a fantastic day out even though the match was something of an edgy affair! We played in ALL BLUE.
My youngest daughter and I went down on the fans coach and we had a momentous time!:smack:
Rob Elliott was superb and I remember well his double penalty save and also the key goal by Paul Mullin.:mosher:
At the end I was trying to dissuade our fans from 'invading the pitch' but after about thirty seconds I relented and ran on myself!:jimbo:
It was fabulous as players and supporters mixed in dance and delight all jumping about like children.:Banane27::Banane27::Banane14::Banane47:

What a day, indeed.
Have been enjoying the pieces on the Fishy site about that day at Woking. Amazing how much I don't remember accurately - like 'Billy' Elliot saving the penalty twice!
What a fantastic journey the last ten years have been.
I still have my Save Our Stanley t-shirt but, I'd suggest, the end of this season is by far the most exciting, and nerve-racking, experience for Stanley fans.
