Play-off tickets

Unfortunately the website does not clarify how out-of-area season ticket holders should obtain their tickets. I hope that some thought will have been given to this.

And only one day for season ticket holders to obtain there ticket before they go on open sale not enough time, also noon until what time to get your ticket.

what if you live out of town

Re: Play-off tickets

Not sure for definite but would be worth ringing the club today telling them you don't live in the area, They will have your details to check you're a season ticket holder?

Re: Play-off tickets

Do flexi season ticket holders get the same priority as season ticket holders?

There are 3 vouchers in the back of the flexi season ticket, can one of these be used?

I think it's roughly the same.

Well done. ;) I rang at 9.30 this morning and was told my query would not be answered until after 12 noon. Since then, it has been impossible to get to speak to anyone, not surprisingly.

Got tickets for my daughter and myself this lunchtime. Steady queue of about a dozen season ticket holders being processed in about 25 to 30 minutes!
However, the club has not received the away tickets for Leg 1 yet but they have issued us with an ASFC compliment slip with ticket details for collection later in the week after they telephone to tell you when they can be collected.
I get the impression that the allocation for the AWAY leg is not very large. So if you want to go to the first leg Away at Wimbledon to support the team then ........Get your order in for your tickets promptly!
[B]I hope that we can have as good home support as we did last Saturday for Leg 2 at HOME!

Anyone who has already been down to the ground - did you see if ST holders get their own ticket plus one for each match or if it's as Lancsdave thought and only one ticket per person?

I'm not a season ticket holder unfortunately so was just phoning to check that it was possible... Will be on the phone tomorrow afternoon for my tickets!

Tho' if the away leg is an 'IOU' I might not be able to get that posted out in time...

Got mine this afternoon as well. Drove up to Accrington just for the ticket. OK so I am a lot closer than Bristol and Dumfries, but for all the out of town season ticket holders or not, hope you all get your tickets.

It does make sense, if anybody wants to complain about it being unfair there is a simple answer next season :)

My dad just got back home from getting tickets, apparently took over an hour to get them because of massive queue. Coley was down there saying the players had been training this morning, and are well up for Saturday.

I'm still at ground. Picked my timing perfectly as thought the older fans would have come earlier, parents would avoid this time if they have kids to pick up. There was one person in front of me. Lees mum!! (Not sure which Lee, she spoke to me like I would know) haha

Cashy
The wedding we went to was in Ilkley at 1pm. Left at 2pm and got to the ground with 5 minutes to kick off.
I was getting my tickets today at 12.30 pm ....got them in about a twenty minute queue:)

Reception (make shift TO) opens around 9am, we'll serve until the queues subside.

Happy to serve but not really time to reminise "the Owdlen days"!!:)

Just wondering what luck anyone is having now it's "open sale" time - I put my request on the answerphone after ringing continually and getting the engaged tone from 1200 to 1207 (thank the lord for redial) but am wondering if anyone has got right through to place an order?

On Stanley On!!

For those of us hanging on for a phone call, that's not great news - but then again as I want 3 for the away game ......

I'm getting the answerphone most times when I ring now, which I hope is a good sign ...
