Our under 16's will be taking part in the competition this week in Sheffield, they're in a group with Antwerp, Celtic and Sheffield Wednesday

Sadly, lost 4-2 to Wednesday after being 2-0 down at half-time. Celtic and Antwerp drew 0-0.

Gave Celtic a good run for their money but lost 2-1. SWFC 2-1 Antwerp.

Well done to the U16 squad and all the coaching/support staff.
Given the opposition, and short preparation time, they have acquitted themselves well and done the name of Stanley proud. Keep up the good work and we look forward to seeing many of the squad emerging through to the first team in a few years. |
