I'm new to all this of course, but Dav007 seems to talk sense. If he can make the peppered steak pies a little less peppery then he gets my vote.

Whilst nobody has made direct contact (unless I've missed an e-mail) this thread does seem to have "run its course". I close it down for now unless people have any strong objections??
