Just been on Woking's fans forum - admission to the game is just a tenner & free for under 16's!! Very tempted to do the pilgrimage :)

Prices are not yet 100% agreed.

Won't increase; but ASFC need to understand how the FOC will work.

Was just reiterating the information on Woking's site :) - however, I've realised that I already have plans for that day which were booked ages ago - if only it had been scheduled for the Saturday :(

Just under a week to go now: is there any further info available about tickets/admission please Mr T? Big game for them, so I don't suppose they'll be giving us all of one side of the ground this time!

its ten pound on the day no tickets required, stanley fans have the tennis club end a seated covered area

Re: Woking

Mr L is correct;

The home club set/dictate the prices selling policy.

We are entitled to 15% capacity of the ground; were getting around 1500.

Will we take that many; I certainly couldn't put a case forward to suggest we would.

Therefore Woking's plans are "OK" and we have to accept them.

ASFC can ammouce much as ther's nothing to really say. It's £10 in and U16's are free; arrive and pay on the day.

Woking don't want to send us tickets. The EFL rules allow away clubs to "request" tickets for every game. FA rules are different.

Re: Woking

Why can't Stanley do the same for cup games at home? That price is in everybodies range. We would attract a big crowd as long as Blackburn and Burnley don't have a game on the same day.

Re: Woking

ASFC could; but the Board want to put a "value" on all admissions; :)

IF we require a reply; we'll be going with our "old school" £15/£10 and £5.

Still can't understand the free admission for U16's at Woking when the "rules" only allow 50 "comps/ freebies" per club.

Seems a bit of a grey area. Comps refer to

"A complimentary ticket is a ticket that allows admittance to any area of the stadium to attend a match for no consideration where a charge would otherwise be made by the Home Club"

Does a charge normally apply for kids under 16?

Then it says "The price of admission for children and senior citizens must be mutually agreed between the Clubs concerned." so did Accy agree to it?

None of the prices need to be agreed in the fa cup now, the home side is allowed to set them unchallenged subject to a minimum of £10 for Adults. The mutual agreement for concessions is for before the first round proper. Therefore nothing to say they can't charge £0, however you would expect a token £1 or else it isn't really an admission price.

Right enough, it does make a distinction so what they did seems OK. Probably not worth the hassle of charging £1 and £0 is technically an admission price I suppose. We use it for under 12s.

Personally I think their prices are better for attracting fans than our proposals for a potential replay. Lets face it £15 or £10 for a midweek game against Woking on what will probably be a cold miserable night and might even be on TV is hardly likely to fill the ground.

depends on who we have drawn in the 3rd,round. some top premier side at home for the winner would see a good attendance but something like gillingham away there,d be less than 1000 if the weather vis poor.

Stating the bl****ng obvious but, given Stanley's current form and Woking's 3-0 defeat of Gateshead on Saturday, this will be a really tough game.
Can only hope it's another case of raising the performance for a cup game.
We all know the potential prize that a win would offer, but Stanley will be a scalp that Woking will know they can take.
