It was a good crowd but our 1400 (just under) is not sufficient, this has to be addressed somehow.

You do like to bring a ray of sunshine :hothothot to every thread, don't you? I understand you were poorly treated by the club at the start of the season :( but for heaven's sake ....

I thought 1400 was a pretty good home crowd given current league form, the weather, people maybe prioritising going to Boro next weekend, and the fact that seen from here (Pompey) it appears there are only about 1500 people in Accy who give a toss about Stanley anyway .

Which is why it's a miracle we've survived 10 years in League 2, most people are happy :) about that, super happy :D when we threaten promotion as last season, and don't think it's disgraceful that we're not doing it again this time around.

If watching football at a higher level is that important to you there are lots of options close at hand - ooh, perhaps that's part of the problem

Do please give it a rest. And I'm sorry you've made me fail to live up to the sentiments in my signature!

Chimer, let us just get this straight, I was not treated poorly by the club, Others were but as I have said that ship sailed last season. I have not mentioned it since. If the facts have taken the gloss off a decent draw then I am sorry for the many fans who don't share your blind enthusiasm. I fully support the team and have made many comments that people have joined in with, I believe it is all for the betterment of the club. You contributed to the debate about crowd numbers in another thread. Many of the regular fans have voiced opinions on the management decisions and tactics. and many have put forward ideas to try and increase the crowd, WHY simply because we need to or we might still be here in 10 years saying the same things over and over. We have a man ploughing big money into the club for the first time in donkeys years. Last season was a great season until the the last few games, we were all gutted when we didn't go up. I can't go to the Boro Game. but I will be rooting for the team. If your answer to anyone who dares to say it as they see it is ask them to go to another football club is a great tactic from an old stick in the mud.
