The food you can look forward too if you travel there next season, including a Q pie can't be any worse than pukka

Re: Fgr

If you are looking for a Meat Pie, Beef Burger or Hot Dog to buy inside the ground, then you will be disappointed, as the Club has decided not to sell any meat products. Instead there are Veggie Burgers (£3), Veggie Cheeseburgers (£3.50) and Falafel Wraps (£2.50) on offer, as well as Chips and Curry Sauce (£2.70) and Chip Butties (£2.70). I guess as a bit of a 'tongue in cheek' the club also do a a vegetable pasty called the Badger pasty! (£3.50)

You're assuming that there is much, if any, 'meat' in the pies, burgers, and hot dogs sold at football grounds. There are animal products for sure but I doubt if there's much 'meat' as most people would define it.

Don't knock it till you've tried it; you might be pleasantly surprised! They also sell real ale on draught, which is more than most clubs can manage.

Was told by afew FGR fans they don't sell alcohol to away fans, plus they don't even use real milk

That's not the impression they give here: https://www.forestgreenroversfc.com/games/away-fans

And, being vegan, they wouldn't be using real milk, would they?

They also made HIGNFY recently, including their players eating at the local Gregg's:
BBC iPlayer - Have I Got News for You - Series 53: Episode 5 (start at 18:30).

even if its free i for one won,t be going. these veggie types really get my blood pressure up. you are expected to cater for them but don,t do the same for you. have your own agenda on life but don,t make others suffer. its like me being tee total, win the euro millions, buy andy holt out and then ban all alcohol from the wham. just cause i do something i don,t expect all others to follow. its a life choice for me and me alone.
