Sad to see such a loyal servant of our club depart, but certain he will not be 'unemployed' for long.
Terry always gave 100% for the team & was imho a much underrated asset to the squad.
Can only wish him all the best in his future career & say thanks for all the memorable goals he scored for a club he clearly loved.

Yes I agree, underrated in our squad and didn't get enough game time he deserved really! Sure hope he finds another league 2 club soon

think his last few months at stanley were a bit of a non event for him and the club. was excited when he came back but i think by the looks of him he needed a fresh challenge. may be luck to find another div.2 club but is far better than conference north. good luck terry in your future.

Will always remember how Terry was an important cog in our 2010/11 play off season and then the improvement he made to the side when he came back in coley's first season back with us. Would have liked to have kept him as back up for if billy has issues but when billy kee is on song, he is the better player. Thanks Terry (oh Terry gornell scores the goal for me,duh,duh,du,)

so it seems southport have a potential local buyer with funds to invest, but the current owner who has been running them on a tight purse string is not keen to sell.

im not sure who is right and who is wrong
