He is a winger, does this mean McConville or Clark making way?

Sousa cannot lace either of the other twos boots. Squad signing as cover ? Poor in his time at Barnsley. Only managed 4 appearances at Tranmere.

Re: Sousa

After the 'phantom signing' fiasco last season, JC must feel he's of value to re-sign him.
Reading his comments on the fishy site, it's obvious he's grateful to be here & thinks this is his opportunity to make a mark playing league football again.
However, I've no doubt the lad will spend most of his time 'bench warming'.
Let's hope he gets a chance to show his worth in the upcoming friendlies.

After seeing him afew times at Barnsley I don't know who you was watching but he is a bright young talent that could easily run the wings and puts in pin point crosses

Seriously ?
He was woeful.

Why wasn't he retained ? Why wasn't he snapped up ?
He hasn't a football league game to his credit
Maybe he's turned the corner in his stint abroad .........

Can guarantee if he is given a chance he will prove to be a really good winger, pacey, likes to take a man on but can also hold up the ball if needed and can give good crosses, I'd put him on level with mingoia

Re: Sousa

If I recall, Piero didn't rip up any trees when he came on loan with his mate from Watford. It took some time before he showed what he could do. I'd rather give the new lad the benefit of the doubt and trust Professor Coleman's judgement, rather than start the season by slagging him off before a ball's kicked.

plus its the club they,re at or the manager they are playing for. some do well if the team play in a style that suits em and not asked to do things they can,t do. plenty are poor at one club and look a different player at another.
