Great win, great 3 points, onwards and upwards everything looks positive from 5000 miles away.

Well what a day to bring 2 scottish supporters who are holidaying in Blackpool. To say they thoroughly enjoyed it is an understatement. To say they would love to come back isn't. A thoroughly enjoyable match with some well played football, however, to temper a note of caution, The second half set off awfully slowly and it looked like someone had put lead in the tea. All was well that ended well and a half decent referee who should by all rights have sent 2 off for deliberate hand ball (one from each team). Nice to see Kayden get on the scoresheet and thanks to Billy Kee for signing our young great nephews programme at the end of the match. Real family club (which I knew) but the 2 are now going to spread the word around Scotland

Thing is outback i expected that at beginning of second half, after all Colchester were only 9/2 for promotion, i checked the bookies sat morning, we were 11/2 so expected em to change thing around and have a pop, though we handled it very well i thought? but we came back into the game after first 15/20 mins i thought. Also Colchesters goal was a deflection i noticed on tv last night, so to me no-one to blame fer one of them.

My thoughts; Billy was back to his best with his skill of hold up & lay off play, for once he got some protection from ref. Ross Joyce who I thought had one of the better performances from the rubbish refs we usually suffer from, MOTM big Ben no complaints with that choice, great to see Omar on the score sheet, Yeovil is next up after a 8-2 thrashing by Luton, what a start we’ve had, long may it continue, the only negative was the re-occurrence of Janoi’s injury
