Nige Charges As Stanley Falter

More people scored Prediction League points than Stanley had shots on target , but not many more. We all agreed that Stanley would score :), so that cut down our chances  and ruled out any maxis. Those that did score points, mostly made progress. Three of you pessimists got the result right, all going for 2-1 down. Nige B was the most advanced, moving up from 12th to 8th and pushing Cashman out of the Top Ten. Stevie R and Accybeme made similar gains at the other end of the table, from 22nd and 24th to 19th and 20th respectively. Lord S's single point for 2-2 enabled him to hang on to 7th, above the charging Nige, while Chrisr's (for a 3-2 Stanley win) moved him above JimsLad into 27th.

Only 24 people played this week, including Ferret Man for only the fourth time, so a number of regulars on defaulters , namely Ange, Dav, F19, LongLost and Tommy McQueen. But in view of the points others didn't score, it really didn't matter much ;).

Nuff said about that, I think. Roll on Swindon - this one we do need to win to be sure of keeping in the automatics , so let's get the shots on goal this time lads, O.K? On Stanley On!!
