Hartlepool-s-Plight

Sad news and one that will touch every Stanley fans heart strings :( Hartlepool United FC will go into administration. Or even out of business if they can not raise £200k by the end of the month.
Terrible position for such a proud club they have set up a giving page.

https://t.co/RYClUhAqYb Loved going Hartlepool away :)

be interested what the gate will be on saturday as plenty of locals that support other clubs say that they are going. a lot of pools fans are not donating as they think it will all disappear down some black hole. a total distrust of the present owners but you cannot blame em after years of the club and fans being ripped off. bet they would love an andy holt to emerge. if interested log into the poolie bunker to keep up with the troubles.

I read one article that said Jeff Stelling was in talks with a potential investor & that if it didn't work out he's willing to plough some of his own money in - sounds promising if there's any truth in it
