when I was posted to Luton at the end of '66 I was club-orphaned by the '62 heartbreak. Started watching the Hatters until work took me elsewhere in '71. If you had told me a resurrected Stanley would top the league 50 year forward with 2 cracking goals at Kenilworth Rd - well I'd have introduced you to some nice men in white coats who'd bring a nice straight one just for you !
