Saddens me that despite being league leaders & on the day we could have achieved promotion - we had the lowest gate in league 2!
Yes! Even the Shrimps surpassed us.
Our ground capacity is 5057, with seating for 2000.
My understanding was that all seating for the Exeter game was sold-out.
Add the Exeter fans = 2291
This means there were only 844 Stanley fans filling the whole Clayton End + half the cow shed.
I'd like to know the official capacity of the Clayton End, because on Saturday it was jam-packed.

1200 main stand seated, clayton end 1600 standing cowshed 300 seated away end standing 1800 other areas of standing 157ie corners of either side of cowshed. that's my brake down:)

Thanks for the stats mab.
So if you're correct, the home gate on Saturday comprised the main stand + Clayton End with only 44 additional fans in the cowshed & the coppice end?
Think another recount is in order, especially as my season ticket wasn't scanned for the 3rd game in a row.
