Clear Blue-Blooded Water As Points Go To The Few, Not The Many

Every season there comes a period when writing these reports begins to seem like a chore, it's not when Stanley are winning, and it's often in November when the days are generally grey and miserable too :(.

Best get on with it then :). Great expectations against the Chairboys, 4 on the fence and 2 on the other side against 20 hopefuls. 1-0 up after 13 minutes looked as though optimism might be justified, too. However … :) ... :eek: … :(

Bringing in two maxis, for Lord Stiffupperlip and the ever-pessimistic Monkey Hanger, with 7 others just picking up a single bonus point. Which in turn sees Lord S six points clear of Kiwi John on top of the heap, a point for Kiwi having lifted him clear of Cashman who holds on to third, and MH making real progress this time, from 15th to 8th, pushing Ossy Kid out of the elite. One other change up top sees Div3North slip past Football 19 into 4th. And a bit of a move from Pifco, from 24th to 21st.

So, after a bit of light relief against Cheltenham int' proper Cup ;) and Lincoln int' Troffy (strange to be on the "giant" end of giant-killing opportunities, isn't it :rolleyes:) it's roll on who? :confused: Sunderland? :confused: In our league? :confused: Don't be ridiculous ;) ….. I can't wait for D3N's preview :). Couldn't be better opponents for the start of our December revivial, could there :D. The season (re)starts here!
