Sensible early decision this game was always going to be off with the weather we have had Monday could be a doubt looking at the state of the pitch let's hope for some kinder weather.

Think monday could be a bit premature, given the forecast?

Just received a phone call from a fellow forum member who goes by the name of SOMERSET. Says he can't seem to post at the moment. Asked me to pass a message on. "SORT YOUR DRAINAGE OUT ACCY, SCANDALOUS"

:dflam:

Only joking fellas!

PS. Thanks for Pierro he's made a difference. Couldn't keep him could we?

I think, given the weather we've had this week & what's forecast the inspection was just a formality tbh, pitch looks like a swimming pool - fingers crossed for Monday but can't see it, weather's horrendous this morning & snow forecast for tomorrow

Looked inevitable from the forecast fro the last 48 hours.

When you cann hear teh rain all night, as it is forecst heavy all day, I would have been shocked if it wasn't called off.

Rearranging it for Monday is unusually quick, but could be sonething to do with allowing teh palyers with international call ups to play. However there are other mideweek slots before the end of the season, and a lot won't be able to make Monday at this notice and will have no chance to return tickets either.

I have absolutely no doubt he would have made a difference for us - given the chance.
